Take a little ambition, a ridiculously tuned sense of detail, a friendly personality and a cue ball-pack them all together, put them in a blender and out comes a yummy Michael Janda shake. As founder and CEO, Michael is the original driving force behind the creative goodness at Riser Media. Michael brings over a dozen years of design world experience to the table (including a few years as Senior Creative Director of Fox Kids' and Fox Family's internet groups). With a Midwest work ethic and a motto that "OCD is an attribute" his direction always ensures that our results are filled with effective tastiness.

Creative Conquistador
If Josh was a super hero, he'd be the arch-nemesis of anything bad design. With a knack for creating eye-catching designs, he brings some sweet moves to the table. His utility belt includes 12 years as a print and web design guru and CSS skills that would obliterate anyone threatening to use animated gifs to make the World Wide Web a better place.

Brent joined Riser Media in 2006, bringing with him a degree in Multimedia Communication Technology and a wealth of coding mojo. Taking a cue from fellow Texan Chuck Norris, Brent solves technical problems with a swift kick to the throat.

He wields coding languages with the grace of a ballerina trained in eastern Europe and the strength of that ballerina's steroid-full weightlifter husband. A lethal combination, indeed.

Search the office and you won't find anyone who doesn't respect him. With 17 years of design background combined with a degree in business management, Jeff has unique insight into what it takes to operate in the creative world. A true Stuart Smalley at heart, Jeff thinks we're big enough, smart enough, and darn it, people really like us!

When it comes to "bubbly" personalities, Debbie just may have flooded the entire jacuzzi by herself! She is a pleasure to work with and is a crack-up to watch as she flys through multiple spreadsheets all the while yelling, "Oooh, where did that come from?" and "Oh, lookey there!"
